Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Outlyz platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Outlyz Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Uganda.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Ugandan law. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not share your account credentials with others

4. Services Description

Outlyz provides a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) and business management platform that enables businesses to:

• Process sales transactions and manage payments
• Manage inventory, products, and stock levels
• Track customers and generate reports
• Manage multiple business locations and users

5. Subscription and Fees

Our Services are offered through various subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Outlyz platform are owned by or licensed to Outlyz Technologies Ltd. You retain all rights to the data you input into the platform ("Your Data").

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law, Outlyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or fail to pay fees when due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
