Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for fees paid for the Outlyz platform and services ("Services"), provided by Outlyz Enterprises Limited ("Outlyz", "we", "our", or "us"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.
1. What This Policy Covers
Outlyz is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We sell recurring subscriptions that give your business access to our hosted software. We do not sell physical goods or downloads. This policy applies to subscription fees and any related charges paid for the Services.
2. Billing and Our Payment Provider
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Where this policy and Paddle's terms differ on how a refund is processed, Paddle's process applies to the mechanics of the payment.
3. Free Trials
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. No refund is required for a trial because no payment is taken during it.
4. Subscription Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. How refunds work depends on your plan.
- Monthly plans: fees for the current billing month are non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current month, and we do not provide partial-month refunds.
- Annual plans: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial annual payment. After 14 days, the remaining term is non-refundable, and cancelling stops the next annual renewal.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- One-time onboarding, setup, or training fees once the work has begun
- Optional add-ons or usage-based charges that have already been consumed
- Taxes that have already been remitted to the relevant authority
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at kimaswa@outlyz.com from the email address registered to your account. Include your business name and the invoice or order reference for the charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it is processed through Paddle and typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank so we can resolve the issue directly, which is usually faster. A chargeback opened without contacting us first may lead to the account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
