Is there a minimum?

No. One person running their whole business pays UGX 20,000 a month, and that is the entire bill.

How do I add or remove someone?

Add or remove a person any day you like. Tell us the date and we work the difference into your next bill.

Do locations cost anything?

No. A branch costs nothing on its own. You pay for people, and a branch needs people to run it. Customers, orders, products and serials have no limit at all. Branches do have a ceiling, so if you are opening more than five, talk to us and we will sort it out.

How is the WhatsApp assistant priced?

It is an add-on at UGX 25,000 per month, the price of a seat. It answers customers and books orders all day on the number you already use, and it never counts toward your seat tiers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mobile money (MTN and Airtel), bank transfer, and card.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like, and your account stays active to the end of the period you paid for.
