How does serial-level tracking work?

Every bottle, cylinder, keg or batch gets its own number or QR code. Each time it leaves your depot, changes hands or comes back, that movement is recorded, so you always know where each one is and who holds it.

For running the shop, yes. Tally and QuickBooks are ledgers: they record what happened, and the shop itself lives in counter books and spreadsheets around them. Outlyz runs the shop directly, the till, the stock, the orders and the deliveries, and your stock list moves over from a Tally or Excel export in an afternoon. If an accountant keeps your formal books in either, they can keep doing that from the reports Outlyz gives them.

Odoo is a general system that can do many things after months of setup with a consultant. Outlyz does one job completely, your stock, orders, deliveries, deposits and the containers that must come back, and a business is live in about half an hour, priced in shillings.

What does Outlyz cost?

UGX 20,000 per seat, per month, and every seat gets every feature. A seat is one person with a login. The list price is 25,000 and every seat is 20,000 right now. The WhatsApp ordering assistant is an add-on at 25,000 and does not count as a seat. Customers, orders and products are unlimited, and a branch costs nothing on its own. Every new account starts with a free month, no card required.
